Delete your account
You can delete your Buddy account from the mobile app. If you cannot access the app, use the email option below.
In the app
- Open Buddy and tap your Profile icon.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm permanent deletion — your profile, courses, conversations, and authentication record are deleted immediately.
Email request
Send an email to privacy@spirish.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account.
Deletion timeline: Within 7 business days of verifying account ownership
